Changing MLS Numbers
With the market slowing somewhat, you’re probably finding that your listings are taking longer to sell. And when that happens, certainly some listings will expire in your MLS, and need to be re-entered under a new MLS number.
Did you know that once your listing expires, your PowerSite virtual tour link on Realtor.com expires with it?
If you posted your PowerSite www.123AnySt.com as the virtual tour link to listing 12345, the listing expires, and you re-list it as 23456, please drop a line to support@agencylogic and let us know that your virtual tour link needs to be updated from the old number to the new. Remember to include your site’s web address.
