The market is down. The competition is fierce. The inventory is low. There are no buyers. No Sellers. You’re confused, frustrated. Why do other people succeed? You ask yourself, why do some people always have it together despite hard times?

There are lots of reasons why people don’t reach their goals. We are filled with thoughts that create self doubt, fear and self compromise. Those thoughts erode our confidence and self assurance and leave us in a constant state of dissatisfaction and frustration.

Life is a roller coaster, and Real Estate has some of the steepest peaks and valleys. Real estate agents are up every now and then, but when they fall, it can be fast and deep, and it often takes a while to pull out. Sometimes too long, and they can fall completely off the cliff.

The single biggest difference between top performers and everyone else is that they have developed a strong internal mechanism which allows them to maintain a longer duration of career peaks and enables them to catch their fall on the way down towards a deep valley. They stop short and re-direct. They have a powerful mental muscle that they use so that they do not fall down so far, so deep, so fast. They use the skill of deliberate thought to recast their experience in such a way to serve them and help them move up to the next peak. This is called flexing the mind muscle; the discipline of the mind that enables them to make continuous and seamless adjustments and focus on career performance. It’s really about making a choice to succeed; everyday.

The Frame of Mind Coaching program is about empowering you with the tools of deliberate thought that top performers are able to access instantly and use to drive their success. Isn’t it time to make a deliberate choice to achieve the life you desire?

Kim Ades, MBA, president of Opening Doors is launching an empowering new coaching program called Frame of Mind based on the principles of thought management. For more information Kim can be reached at kim@openingdoors.tv
